In light of the
recent news that our company has dealt with companies who do not hold their
standard of ethics as highly as we do, we’d like to take the time to address a
few concerns.
What you need to know
- Leadership across the company has been made aware of the unethical dealings, and we're working together to formulate a universal solution
- Our farmers have been given full access to Farmers Support Centers, allowing them a level of a transparency they have never had before
- In addition to transparency, we're investing in our farmers through the Global Farmer Fund
- Despite rumors of immediate layoffs, we're happy to say that there are absolutely no plans for cutting jobs because of his issue
